Machine Shop

For the past 33 years, we have maintained a top class machine shop at our infrastructure. This space is equipped with best CNC and many other machines that are considered the best in India. Owing to its spaciousness and advanced machines, it has earned the title of largest plastic only machine shop in the country. At this facility, we produce top class Engineering Plastic Products. The engineering team of this facility focuses on meeting surface finish. GD&T as well as many other technical constraints expectations of clients. Our plastic only CNC machine shop ensures all the products are protected from any sort of metal contamination, which is important for our clients from healthcare and electronic verticals.

The unit is installed with technologically advanced 3 to 5 axis CNC turning and milling machines that assure tight tolerance along with excellent control over surface finish of our range. While working, we strive to comply with multiple material grades such as UL, FDA and many more. Further, the facility conducts in house tests using profile projectors, CMM machines, LVDT, UTM, surface roughness testing chambers, standard meteorology equipment, etc. We also conduct ultrasonic inspection.
